Learning and development
Training and workshops are tailored for each client, building on the Strengths-based approach. We use learning design best practice gained through experience working with world-leading universities delivering online short courses and degrees, alongside several years of experience in facilitating group sessions for a variety of teams., within technology, education and business.

Coaching
Individual coaching for private and corporate clients. Packages are tailored according to your needs. Typically I work with clients over a few months. I also offer standalone sessions for corporate clients alongside Strengths workshops / group coaching for the team.
I see coaching as a learning and development tool to help you gain more insight and self-awareness, build your confidence, navigate change and support you in achieving your goals. I provide partnership which means offering support and empathy while gently challenging you to move beyond your comfort zone to achieve change and gain new perspectives.
Coaching can help you improve your communication skills, manage stakeholders and teams (upwards and sideways) and increase your resilience, reducing stress and avoiding burnout.

Gallup CliftonStrengths®
Originally developed by the American psychologist Don Clifton, CliftonStrengths 34 is Gallup’s sophisticated scientific tool to help people understand and target their natural talents and strengths. It’s used by 90% of Fortune 500 companies and over 26 million people have now completed the CliftonStrengths assessment.
As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, I work with people to help them understand and unlock their strengths, to support them to fully leverage their strengths so they can be at their best. I offer one-to-one sessions and also run team workshops. Previous clients include Amazon and the WWF environmental charity.
Gallup research shows that people who have the opportunity to use their CliftonStrengths are 6x as likely to be engaged in their jobs and to strongly agree that they have the chance to do what they do best every day.
